Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Development of Education, Science and Technologies – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov named the main digitization projects that will be implemented in the near future.
According to the correspondent of Ukrinform, he said this during a speech at the all-Ukrainian anti-corruption forum “Honesty – the future of Ukrainian statehood”.
“What are our most important next steps? This introduction of electronic excise tax is an already adopted draft law. This is the automation of services for seafarers – we have already done a lot in this direction and there is not much left to finish this process,” Fedorov said.
He added that the Ministry of Statistics is working on launching a car customs clearance service through Diya .
“We want to show what will happen at the customs if the human factor is removed. If we make it so that the customs officer does not influence the situation at all, and the decisions regarding the price of customs clearance of cars are made strictly according to fixed criteria,” explained the Deputy Prime Minister.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has developed the Diya.Engine platform, which will allow state bodies to create public registers and facilitate their management.
